Golden Choice Co., Ltd is a company with main business line of distribution, wholesale drugs and medical devices, established in 2013 and became DKT International’s strategic partner in family planning, HIV/AIDS prevention and safe abortion products and services. Under the trademark licensing agreement from DKT International, Golden Choice Co., Ltd has the right to exclusively distribute condoms and contraceptive pills, MVA, IUDS and other supplementary products under trademark from DKT.

Position Summary
Responsible for creating and maintaining the development of the company’s business relationships, acting as a bridge between customers and the company, linking related departments to thereby bring customer satisfaction, develop business development plans, customer care plans, update the most accurate and current information about the business’s products and services, support handling customer complaints, report to Sales Manager as required.
Job Responsibilities
Research & analyze the market:
- Collect information on product groups, related industries, market trends, and competitors
- Survey & report coverage of each product group
- Receive customer comments and reviews
Expand customer base:
- Carry out building and developing markets for product brands. Introduce and advise the company’s products to customers.
- Actively seek and maintain relationships with customers such as pharmacies, clinics, and hospitals
- Proactively propose necessary sales programs to generate sales and take care of customers
- Classify and rank customer groups to have effective sales and care plans
- Ensure the company’s route calling target
- Sell according to the company’s sales process and sales methods
Connect to distributors:
- Connect, interact, and maintain relationships with Managers and Medical Representatives of distributors in the area of responsibility
- Support MR to answer customer questions and arising problems
- Support MR to introduce new products (newly released products and products that customers have not yet purchased) to increase sales
Deploy point-of-sale support activities:
- Collaborate with the Marketing department and distributor’s personnel in increasing brand awareness at the point of sale, deploying and effectively controlling POSM and Trade Marketing activities.

Qualifications and Skills Required
Qualifications:
- Graduation from College or higher majoring in Medical, Pharmacy,… is an advantage
- Minimum of 1 year of Medical Representatives
- Candidate is expected to hold a driving license and own his own vehicle
